The  World Health Organization classifies workplace burnout as an occupational phenomenon; a syndrome resulting from workplace stress that has not been successfully resolved. It not only results in unhappy, exhausted humans, but also sabotages workplace retention, according to a 2017 study by Kronos and Future Workplace. The study found that workplace burnout is the biggest barrier to building an engaged workforce. This doesn't have to be. People are eager to change their relationship to work and to have a better work/life balance. Let me help you do this!

Working Well is a program that offers options for you and your workplace.  From 15-minute stretch and meditation breaks to 75-minute yoga and mindfulness practices, Working Well meets your employees where they are at, with the time they have and provides a much-needed rest and reboot in the middle of the day. Whether it is burnout, an aching back, a sore neck or just the need to have a few minutes of calm, Working Well provides much needed relaxation and wellness breaks for you and your staff.
