Vinyasa

These flowing classes blend alignment-based sequences with meditation, music and philosophy. With a creative  sequence of asana, breath and movement, you'll cultivate awareness, while building strength,  flexibility and resilience. Build energy, relieve stress, go forth and live big and easy. 

 

Hatha

Asana, breath, meditation- In these classes we hold, repeat and expand on postures to dive deep.  Alignment based, challenging. A great way to explore your yoga and yourself. 

 

Restorative

Deeply restful, calming and relaxing. In this world of fast moving, jagged little adventures, a restorative class allows you to release tension and find a deep sense of calm.   By using yoga props you can be in a restorative pose anywhere from 3 to ten minutes. This allows your body to both open and release - to reset, re-calibrate; a practice of rest and resilience.

Private sessions

Whether you are a beginner wanting to explore yoga, a seasoned yogi wanting to advance your practice or work on specific goals, have back issues or other injuries- this is for you!!  These sessions will be fashioned to your level of experience, wants and needs.  Judy has been working with beginning to advanced students for the past 17 years. Judy also does a lot of work with students with illness and injury.  

These sessions also makes a great gift for someone needing a little sunshine or stress relief.
